I hate goin to d dentist and I hate him pullin and touching my mouth … how can I get over my fear and serious answers please !!!

I recently had all my upper teeth removed and replaced with full dentures…The dentures slip out of my mouth everytime I caugh or talk…Not only ar such incidents embarrsing but does not allow me to eat food without pain. What can I do?
